Refund policy
We always want you to be happy with your Lewis & Philp purchase. If you decide to change your mind for any reason, we are more than happy to accept returns (excluding sale items) for a store credit or size change within 14 days from your purchase date.
If the size required is not available, then we will issue you a store credit. Our store credits are issued in the form of a digital gift card, and they are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Please ensure your items meet our returns criteria below before starting your return to avoid any disappointment.
In original condition – which means unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still attached.
To not have any makeup/ smell of perfume/deodorant, so please be mindful when trying on/handling your purchase.
For hygienic reasons Jewellery cannot be returned.
Your purchase with us is not marked as a sale item at time of purchase.

Please note Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.
For any returns we always recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are not liable for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Please note that original shipping charges and taxes/duties are non-returnable.
Returned items- if they are not received in their original state they will automatically be returned to the customer. We reserve the right to return the product to the customer if we believe the product is not in its original condition at purchase.
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, Lewis & Philp s not required to provide a refund if you change your mind, make an incorrect selection or need a different size, this includes orders paid using Afterpay.
Returns using Afterpay
Returns are subject to Lewis & Philp returns policy
If you wish to return an order that has been paid using Afterpay please proceed with our return policy, the return procedure remains the same.
Cancellation of Orders
Once your order is placed with us and paid for, we cannot cancel the order for a full refund however we are more than happy to offer you a refund in the form of a store credit. If you would like to change your mind on an order you will need to contact us immediately within business hours, if your order has not been shipped out to you already, we can cancel your order for you and organise a store credit.
Purchases of Sale Items
All purchases that are on our sale menu which are marked SALE cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty. Sale prices of any items cannot be applied to previous orders which have already been completed or shipped to you already.
Items that are purchased with a Special Promotion that isn’t in our Sale Menu and is originally a full priced item can be returned as per our return policy.
Store Credit
All returns will be issued in the form of a store credit within 3 working days and there is a 3-year expiry date on all our store credits.
Faulty Items
Before sending, we personally make sure all items are thoroughly inspected. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we are happy to refund, repair, exchange or credit the goods. Goods must be returned within a reasonable amount of time for a refund to be considered. Full proof of purchase must also be provided; this can be in the form of a receipt or bank statement. After Inspection if your garment is deemed faulty a full refund will be processed back into the original form of payment only (credit card, afterpay or store credit, whichever payment was used to complete the order). Purchases made using a store credit/gift voucher cannot be returned for a refund, a credit note/gift voucher for the same amount will be issued to you.

Please allow up to 6 business days for refunds to be processed once we receive your return.
