We offer an Exchange for Change of Mind within 14 Days of Purchase on Items that are in Original Condition.
Original Condition Refers To -
Items that have not been worn
Items that have Original Labelling/ packaging intact and attached
Items that have not been washed
Items that are unopened and in original packaging
Goods that Cannot be Returned -
Items on Sale
For Hygiene Reasons Earrings cannot be Returned
We only Replace Items if they are deemed defective or damaged.

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved and your product is deemed defective or damaged, we will then process a refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within 48 Working Hours.
Lewis & Philp reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria stated. These items will be automatically returned to sender.
All due care is taken to ensure the items are sent out in excellent condition, If you receive an item that is not in this condition, please contact us immediately so we can take action.
Returns or Exchanges Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own Shipping cost for Returning your item.
Shipping Costs are Nom-Refundable.
If you receive a refund the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item of $75 or more you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your retuned item.
Late or Missing Refunds (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund in the expected timeframe first check your bank account again, then contact your bank , as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
